Who is it for?


This Neutral Space Relaxation® Practitioner Course is for students who are seeking an understanding of ‘core relaxation’. Core stability is paramount in the modern workplace, to re-balance from stress and anxiety. Course contains Yoga style core balance exercises, bodywork, self care for core balance and seated version for the ‘office environment’.  If you are new to Holistic bodywork and have as yet do not have a client practice, and those students who have already attended or are about to attend an Intro Day with NSR.
